Task:- Find problems in Myntra mobile App covering both UI and UX that affect Users' journey. Think from the User perspective having less tech knowledge.

User Interface(UI) problems in Myntra App:-

  1. Letter spacing is very little in the Category title which makes it difficult to read.

2. Product details section is overcrowded with no spacing.

3. There should be a message displayed for the product with a single color option (for eg:-No Color option available in this product)

4. Wishlist icon doesn’t notify whether it contains the product or not on the home screen due to which many saved products get unnoticed.

User Experience(UX) problems in Myntra App:-

  1. Sometimes, the product list is empty in the footwear section but Card is still present in the Homescreen, this creates a bad User Experience among Users and also loses the trust of the Users.

2. In some of the products in the Myntra App, it is not mentioned that if the customer wants to return the product then all the expenses and responsibility of returning the product will be managed by the Customers only. This is the major issue of Myntra.

3. There should be a confirmation pop-up to delete the particular product from the Wishlist, it would be beneficial in the accidental touch of the delete icon.

4. Product shipping tracking option is not provided and there is also no option to chat with customer care in real-time.
